5 Mistakes You Should Never Make In Your PC | Mistakes That Can Damage Your PC


The present day is also called Age of Technology. Nowadays, smartphones and laptops/computers have became a basic need in a human life. But many PC users make some mistakes while using their computer/laptop that can harm and even kill your PC. So I am going to tell you the mistakes that you should not make. So let's start.

1. Never cover the vents of the PC

I saw many people covering the PC cabinet from the back. You should never do that as the heat sink above the processor is keeping the processor cool an releasing the warm air out of the PC through the vents at the back of the PC cabinet. But when you are covering the PC vents then the warm air can't get out and is stuck inside. And due to extreme warm air stuck inside the PC parts can be damaged and can even burn. And though the "laptop" word means a device that you can keep at the top of our lap and work but you should not keep it at the top of your lap because your lap is not a plain surface, its an irregular surface so the vents can be covered. Another thing when you keep a laptop at your lap is that laptops release warm air and they will get out directly on your lap which can burn your lap. So use it on a plain surface like table.

2. Never play with Windows C drive

This mistake was made by me when I was a kid. What happened is I saw that my Windows C drive is taking a lot of space and making the computer slow. So I thought I should go in Windows C drive and delete all the big useless files. So i went to Windows C and saw that System 32 and WIndows file is taking a lot of space and I deleted it. Then my computer's funeral was held. So never delete these types of files.

3. Keep your PC away from dust

Dust is one of the biggest enemy of PC. They just hate dust. If you are using a PC then just use a cabinet shutter and open it and clean the PC every month. IF you are using laptop then go to a store and tell them to open it and clean the laptop's inside every 6 months. And especially, if you have pets then keep them away from your PC as if your pet's fur goes inside your PC then it will be stuck in your vent and will block the warm air to go outside.

4. Never put a thing above your laptop

You should never put any  thing heavy or light above your laptop as your laptop's screen is very thin and can be easily broken with any weight above it so avoid keeping anything above the PC.

5. Don't clean your monitor with wet cloth

When I went to my friends house I saw that my friend's monitor was very dirty and he cleaned it with a little wet cloth. This should not be done as there are chances for the water of the wet cloth to get inside the monitor and can damage it so don't clean it with awet cloth. You can use the liquid especially made for monitor to be cleaned with that. So use that liquid that liquid only.
