Have you ever thought that why Broadbands allow us to take a package of unlimited data a day but why mobile data companies like Vodafone don't? Let me explain you why mobile data companies don't provide us a package of unlimited data a month.


Did you know that broadbands also do not provide us truly unlimited data. What do we mean by truly unlimited data? Endless constant internet speed, right? But after we use a lot of data of the broadband the provider makes the internet speed slow so that the other people who are using the internet can also use it. See, in this world resources are less but demand is high. This is why we don't get truly unlimited data through the broadband as the speed is not constant but still it's far better than limited data. That is why it is also costly than mobile data companies.


The mobile data companies made their internet limited for this reason only. If you get unlimited data then everyone will start downloading their favourite netflix movie one after the other and the internet speed that we all will get will be very slow. Some people will be able to download their movies while some will not get such internet speed and will not be able to just search a simple thing in his/her browser.


You must be thinking if mobile data companies are facing these problems then why broadbands are not facing these problem. See, if you compare the price of the package of one month broadband's unlimited internet with the package of one month limited mobile data then you will see that broadbands are much costly than mobile data. And there are more mobile data users over broadband user in the world. So, broadband is used by less people as broadband is costly and is not needed as many people don't need broadbands. They can even work with their mobile data. This is the reason less people are using broadband. So broadband has no issues to provide unlimited data. But still they make the internet speed slow when you used data a lot in a day.
